We will attend at the "Microsoft Visual FoxPro Entwicklerkonferenz 2009" in Frankfurt, Germany. Although that the conference last from the 12. until 14. November 2009, we will be there only for the first two days.

The annual conference in Frankfurt covers topics like

• Software development with Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual FoxPro,
• Databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase Advantage Database Server,
• Mobile development on Windows Mobile

Proudly we can announce that the first end of year 'party' for IOS Indian Ocean Software Ltd. was a successful mission. Actually, it was not a party at all but a well organised day with lunch at the La Vanille Reserve des Mascareignes.

Together with our families we spent the day with the following attractions:

• Photo session with a baby crocodile
• Lunch at the restaurant 'Le Crocodile Affamé' (The hungry crocodile)
• Guided tour through the park to see
  • Giant turtles and nursery station
  • Crocodile areas and nursery station
  • Koi - Japanese carps
  • Caymans
  • Temple of apes
  • Insectarium

For lunch there were several options and one of those was the chance to taste different dishes of crocodile meat. Very delicious combinations are available to order. The standard reaction might be 'tastes like chicken' but that's not fair. The meat itself is somehow white, too but the structure is more likely to porc meat. Anyways, you should see for yourself and try it.

Seeing that the team and their families enjoyed our first company's family day, we are looking forward to more exciting events and activities in the future.
